Meat Balls with Sour Cream - Frikadeller I Surfløde

Serves 8 Put chuck twice through a meat grinder. Combine with salt, pepper and bread crumbs. Add cream and mix lightly. Form into small balls. Roll in flour.

Melt butter, using large skillet. Add oil. Brown meat balls in fat mixture. Add sour cream and wine, stirring until well blended.

Serve from a tureen or chafing dish.
