Sour-Milk Graham Bread - Surbrød

Makes 1 loaf

Beat the egg with the sugar. Add the melted butter.

Dissolve the soda in hot water, and add the sour milk to the mixture. Stir in the flour, mixing well.

Combine all ingredients and blend thoroughly.

Bake in a loaf pan (9×5×3) in a preheated 350° oven for 1 hour.
