One hundred years ago we ‘lived’ in a classical Newtonian universe; now popularly touted as a ‘quantum universe’. The conceptual conclusion of this evolution suggests a contiguous topology that is at once classical, quantum and unitary. Defining the fundamental least unit of such a continuous state cosmology leads to a specific protocol for finalizing integration of the four known forces on the small scale in terms of a polarized Dirac vacuum; and solving a multitude of astrophysical problems on the large scale of a post bigbang continuous state megaverse that is closed an finite within the semi-classical limit of the observed Einstein three-sphere and open an infinite with a potential for a myriad number of nested Hubble-like spheres in causal separation each with their own laws of physics. The formalism for this new paradigm utilizes an energy dependent spacetime metric, a complex 12D non-compactified Kaluza-Klein periodic superspace and extensions of all the current standard models to develop an additional set of transformations beyond the Gallilean, Lorentz-Poincaire progression.
