Intepretation of the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle (HUP), for a realization of Karl Popper's EPR experiment (done by Shih at UMBC=Baltimore) can be interpreted such that the individual events (scattering of photons) are deterministic - retrodictively, even though Shih can't set the apparatus to get all the photons to scatter in a particular direction; i.e. the HUP is a limitation upon the preparation and control of experiments, but individual observed events can be interpreted in classical terms = particle trajectories.
