ABSTRACT. This work suggests that if gravitation and electromagnetism are described in terms of sets of local permanent extended "holes" and "bumps" moving in the topology of a real Dirac-type aether in extended flat space; one can describe strong interactions between protons and neutrons in terms of the dielectric-diamagnetic properties of the structural-phenomenology of the electromagnetic interaction itself.
