was the fourth child of
Alexander "Alec" Mullins and Franky Jane Hall. Winnie was born on October 15th, 1896 in Knott Co., KY. We called her "Maw Win".The marriage license of Winnie Mullins and Robert Lee Strange states they were married on February 20, 1912. Family notes have it that they were married on February 22, 1912. The marriage license states that they were "married in the presence of Braska Hall and Willie King."
Winnie is in the Knott County , KY Census for the years 1900, 1910, and 1920. The 1900 & 1910 Census lists her with her father and family, the 1920 Census lists her with her husband and three children.
Winnie passed away on May 16, 1982 at the Mountain View Healthcare Center, Elkhorn City, Pike Co., KY. She is buried in the family cemetery in Kite, Knott Co. KY.
