I suppose this is the spot to say I use Magic Sculpt for the vast majority of my sculpting work, and all of my figures are primed with Krylon flat white spray paint, painted with water-based acrylics. For the most part, I try to stick with actual Super Powers base figures where I can, and I try to maintain the "Super Powers Aesthetic" as much as possible. Which means things like cloth capes and simple paint jobs (no washes, etc.). And if I can swing it, the figures maintain articulation and in most cases the "Super Power" still works.

| Ocean Master | Starting the long slow process that is this complicated a head sculpt. He's ready for paint after that. Still looking for the right shade of Lycra for the cape though. |
| Goldface | Still tweeking the basic helmet shape. Need to get that where I want it before moving on. |
| Terminator | Not entirely sold on the head is why no more work has been done on this one. Doing a hand swap though, so now he can hold his weapons. |

Heatwave
Head and arms are swapped, and the dremeling is done. Swapping some hands, now ready for a few layers of Magic Sculpt to make that baggy costume. |

Killer Moth
Just starting what will be a complicated paint job. Still debating on whether he should get wings or a cape. |
Poison Ivy
The basic coats of green are done. needs some touch up and flesh tones. |
Count Vertigo
Got the black done, and the cape is ready. |
Trickster
The basic colors are here, I just need to clean then up and pen stripe him. And then there's that cape... |

Captain Boomerang
Digger's proving to be a pain. But he's close to done. Need to clean up the lines a bit, then start hand painting dozens of little boomerangs on his tunic. |

the Joker
I'm working on an upgrade for my SP Joker. Don't get me wrong, this is my favorite Joker sculpt, and the hammer is a perfect accessory, but it lacked... well obviously a coat and hat! The hat is courtesy of his Toy Biz clone. The coat is hand sewn Lycra. I'll be painting the hat to match it for color, and adding a flower to the lapel. Additionally, I've got a Joker head cane and some tiny card/blades on the drawing board. |
