Executive Board

Our Executive Board, or E-Board, is made up of four elected officers: President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. Elections are held at our annual Barracuda Banquet, and the term in office is one year.

The rest of the E-Board is comprised of 11 committees: Dive Coordination, Entertainment, Environment, Equipment, Historian, Photography, Publicity, Safety, Sea Life, Social, and Ways and Means. Each committee is chaired by a volunteer club member. This group of fine, dedicated folks keeps the club running smoothly, providing the club membership with goods and services designed to make the Barracuda experience a positive, enjoyable one.

The club's guiding document is its Constitution and Bylaws. It defines who, what, and why we are, and how we do business.
