If you wish to join the Barracudas, nothing could be simpler. The one and only hard and fast rule we have about joining the club is that you possess a valid SCUBA diving certification card issued by any of the recognized SCUBA diving certification agencies (PADI, NAUI, YMCA, etc.). All you need to do is fill out our membership application form, print out a copy of it, make a copy of your C-card, write a check, and send them to us. The information below details our dues and fees, duration of membership, and a few other fine print details.

1. Definitions: Members and subscribers shall be defined in accordance with the Constitution and Bylaws of the Kennedy Space Center Skin and SCUBA Diving Club, Inc., Bylaws Article 1, Section 2 (Full Membership) and Article 1, Section 2 (Subscribership).
2. Member/Subscriber Renewal Open Season: For current members and subscribers in good standing, renewal open season shall begin on January 1 and close at the end of the March general meeting. Membership/subscribership is for one calendar year beginning January 1. The club membership roster and mailing lists shall be updated after the March general meeting. Returning members and subscribers submitting renewals after the March general meeting shall be assessed a $5.00 initiation fee.
3. New Member/Subscriber Applications (January 1 - June 30): All above dues and fees apply. Membership/subscribership shall be for one calendar year retroactive to January 1. Each applicant shall provide a copy of his/her latest certification card issued by a recognized SCUBA certification agency.
4. New Member/Subscriber Applications (July 1 - December 31): All above dues and fees apply. Membership/subscribership shall be for the balance of the calendar year in which the application is received, retroactive to July 1, and through the subsequent calendar year. Each applicant shall provide a copy of his/her latest certification card issued by a recognized SCUBA certification agency.
5. New Diver Applicants: Any applicant who can show by providing a copy of his/her certification card that he/she received his/her initial open water certification within six months prior to application for membership/subscribership shall have all dues and fees waived for the balance of the calendar year in which the application is received.
