Whether you are looking for a centerpiece for your new kitchen, or some accent pieces for your fireplace, I will work with you to create a custom work tailored to your needs. Select one of my design motifs, or I can work with you to to create a unique piece using your desgin elements and specifications.

All of my work is hand-carved, and features surfaces with deeply cut relief. Color is applied to the surfaces using a durable medium called terra sigillata (a refined clay slip). For those pieces that will be installed in kitchens (behind stoves or sinks) I also apply a waterproof sealer to prevent stains and discoloration.

 
Pricing
Carved Tile
$3/square inch. For example, a 24”x24” would cost $1,728. A 50% down payment is required with your order; balance due upon delivery.

Field Tile
$0.75/square inch. Field tile is uncarved, and is specifically color-coordinated with your art tile.

Custom Design Fee
$200 (non-refundable), required only if not using a standard design.

Framing
If you do not intend to install your art tiles, they may be framed for hanging. I contract with a woodworker to build custom frames for individual pieces. Pricing varies by piece.

Shipping
For pieces more than $300, add 10% for shipping and handling costs. For pieces under $300, add 15% for shipping and handling costs.
