We lost Bernie to cancer, much too young. We miss her greatly. Bernie is the dam (mother) of D, Mark and One, all of whom
live here at Whirlwind. She produced three Champions in her first
litter and two in her second litter, so she is a Top
Producer. We're very proud of Bernie and her pretty babies! In
addition, D and One are lure coursing Field Champions and Mark is
the number one IG in sprint racing.
Bernie was a famous author. She wrote for the Italian
Greyhound magazine. She also had her stories published on the Italian
Greyhound Club of America page. You can see her picture there
too.
