Certificates in Psychology
The requirement for a certificate is 12 semester hours which generally translates into 4 courses: Three required courses and one elective. A student may, of course, take more than the minimum. Please examine the course catalog for any prerequisites for the for the courses that comprise the certificates.
A student must take the required and the elective courses for a letter grade. In order for the course to count for a certificate a grade of “C” or better must be earned in each course. A course may be used towards only one certificate.
