My motorcycle is how I maintain my sanity; therefore, it is only natural that I would be a Blue Knight, so I can share my passion with other cops who ride motorcycles.  I am proud to be a member of the Missouri III Chapter of the Blue Knights International Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club.  Not only do we have social functions and ride motorcycles, but also, we are very active in raising money for charities, more on that further down the page.  If you are a current or retired law enforcement officer and own a motorcycle you owe it to yourself to check out your local Blue Knight Chapter.

We also wear the "THEM" patch, which has a story behind it, but in short it is because most Blue Knight's that have had us attend their functions say,

"Ohhh, it is THEM"

In 1995, our Chapter hosted the 21^st Annual International Convention along with our Mother Chapter IL XIII.  During the convention one of our local newspapers referred to the Blue Knights as a bunch of "Middle Aged Paunchy Guys", which sparked a passionate response from our then International President Ellen Smit.

Missouri III is a non-profit organization that has raised $18,459.00 between 1991 and 1998 for charities such as:

The Belle Center, Shriner's Children's Hospital, Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Fund, March of Dimes, Blue Knights International Special Fund, Jefferson County Needy Families, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Oasis Home for Abused Women and Children, Moolah Shriner's Circus, Back Stoppers, St. Charles Parks & Recreation Motorcycle Safety Foundation Course, St. Louis Zoo Friends, Neighborhood Watch, Operation Safe Kids, Salvation Army, American Diabetes Association, St. Charles Co. Emergency Management Association, Lion's Club, and Various Police Officers in need of assistance.
