My motorcycle is how I maintain my
sanity; therefore, it is only natural that I would be a Blue Knight, so I can
share my passion with other cops who ride motorcycles. I am proud to be a member of the

III has a unique set of colors which are very noticeable in a group of other
Blue Knights |

We also wear the "THEM"
patch, which has a story behind it, but in short it is because most Blue
Knight's that have had us attend their functions say, "Ohhh, it is THEM" |

In 1995, our Chapter hosted the 21st
Annual International Convention along with our Mother Chapter IL XIII. During the convention one of our local
newspapers referred to the Blue Knights as a bunch of "Middle Aged Paunchy
Guys", which sparked a passionate response from our then International
President Ellen Smit. |
