The cost to fly the prosecutor out
here from Washington, DC to investigate the heinous crimes I allegedly
committed includes his pay as a CWA Representative (Assistant to President
Bahr), expenses, flight, rental car, hotel and meals. The figure below also
includes the cost of the LTW (lost time wages) paid to the people he spent two
(2) days with while conducting his investigation:
The Trial…$2,810.
The
cost to fly the prosecutor out here again to stage the trial he recommended to
the CWA Executive board includes his pay as a CWA Representative (Assistant to
President Bahr), expenses, flight, rental car, hotel and meals. The cost of the
LTW for the witnesses he had to prep and for the day of the trial are listed
elsewhere.
The Trial Panel
(kangaroos)…$4,245.
The cost to fly a three- (3)
member trial panel from New York, Pennsylvania and Virginia includes their
wages, lodging, expenses and meals.
The
Witnesses (theirs)…$1,800.
The cost is estimated on the
basis of LTW for the four (4) I saw during the trial and the day (Friday
October 23, 1998) it took to prep them so their stories would jive. They were
prepped prior to the trial in case they were cross-examined not that their lack
of credibility would matter anyway. The total does not include any expenses,
which may or may not include meals, overnight lodging or mileage and
parking.
Witnesses
(mine)…$900.
This is an estimated cost of LTW for four
(4) witnesses and myself. It includes their estimated expenses of coffee and
muffins at the hotel, along with mileage and parking.
Recorder…$300.
A CWA
Staff Representative took the recording from District Nine. The cost is an
estimate or her daily pay rate. It did not include her expenses or the price of
the audiotape.

One for the trial, one for the Local's witnesses and a room for my
