Resolved - Step II. Grievant will receive 1-1/2 days'
pay after one year from the date of the incident (8/5/97) if grievant goes
without a similar violation.

dismissal for attendance.
Resolved - Step II. Mgmt will remove 1 occurrence
of 1 partial absence. If employee has another occurrence, then mgmt will look
at the individual incident. The warning for dismissal will stand.

employee has had no additional tardies since the incident and is currently
satisfactory. Mgmt verified that a SIG alert occurred on the day in question.
SIG alerts should not act as triggers for disciplinary action, but do count as
occurrences. Mgmt agreed to track SIG alerts for the 4th quarter of 1997 to
evaluate their continued use in occurrence counts. The counseling will be
removed from the employee's file and the documentation destroyed.

the future, and do so in a timely manner.

Resolved - Problem solving. Mgmt agreed to
cover the absences with FMLA, and CWA will inform grievant about FMLA within 2
business days upon her return to work.

6/29/98.

on 4/5/98.

grievant overtime.

available, customer returns, rep expected to do all roles.

questions and t/o; (2) mgrs will have pagers with them with whereabouts written
on the chalk board.

their releases; failure to plan union time into schedule causing poor adherence

adherence will not count; (2) All stewards will get their releases in their
mail bins daily; (3) In-charge will in-put keys ahead of time; (4) Stewards
will get 15 minutes' travel time for "in-house" meeting; (6) Schedules will be
posted daily.

communicate this to grievant, will also inform mgr to advise entire office via
desk drop.
