Capriciousus squanderin - "If/when the company finds itself in an emergency or volatile situation and the management team is scheduled to be out of the office for several days, the company commits to sit down in advance of the management meeting and brainstorm options and communication plans.
"Oppressive working conditions - forced Overtime. "With the demands of answering our customer calls in a timely manner, the company cannot guarantee that mandatory OT for training will never be required. However, we will sit down with the CWA Local and investigate all options. In addition, the management team will review all of the options with each employee one time. If we are unable to negotiate a trainifig date with ever rep from that discussion, we will sit down with our local CWA rep to request their assistance in negotiating a training date before it results in disciplinary action."

If later than 2:30 p.m., then they will provide LAMS/PAWS with 2 clerks to help and list with names of people who have accepted OT. Mgmt will cross-train so OT can be distributed more equitably.

Resolved - Step I. Mgr will not have IC transfer call to K. Simon. K. Simon will take call if at IC and on fourth call out will be referred to DAP. There will be no conversation re: condition or if HR mgr is aware of condition. Only info to be taken will be: reason and what call out is covered under, i.e., FMLA/ workers' comp, etc.
