970327 (27402 Camino Capi) - Unjust open-ended final warning due to misconduct.
Resolve'd - Step II. The final warning will be removed and CWA is to communicate with technician emphasizing the importance of meeting corporate principles.

970374 (3925 Coronado) - Unjust 3-day suspension, disparate treatment.
Resolved - Step II. Employee will be paid 1 day's pay after 12 months (6/98) if no safety infractions occur, either motor vehicle or occupational.

970388 (970732 - 7280 Edinger) - Harassment/EEO.
No agreement - Step III. Mgmt held an investigatory discussion with the grievant without union representation.

970504 (2280 Fairview Rd) - Harassment -- negative progress report.
Resolved - Step II. Grievant will need to achieve 3.24 minimum productivity for September; counseling documentation will be destroyed upon achievement of September goal; grievant needs to sustain competitive performance to avoid future programs; year-to-date will be trued up excluding 3/97, 4/97, and 6/97.

Resolved - problem solving. Mgmt must use Article 2 process.

970663 (1265 Van Buren) - Mgmt not dealing in good faith, and violation of corporate principles.

Resolved - Step I. Mgmt agreed to postpone force freeze through the end of 1998.

970730 (1472 Edinger) - Mgmt forced overtime in order to suspend the grievant for unjust monitoring.
Resolved - Step I. Mgmt will pay grievant 1 hour of overtime as well as 4 hours.

970733 (1472 Edinger) - Unfair distribution of Mosaix work between RSC and Premier.
Resolved - Step I.

970734 (1472 Edinger) - Mgmt should allow Premier reps to follow their work to the RSC.
Resolved - Step I. There has been more work moved to the Premier Center than was removed by Mosaix.

970742 (1472 Edinger) - Unauthorized monitoring, and violation of CPUC, i.e., management depressing mute button while monitoring employees.
Resolved - Step I. Mgr submitted a certificate of completion for monitoring.

Resolved - problem solving. Mgmt will explain to grievant pro-rated guidelines regarding company attendance policy.

Resolved - Step I. Mgr agreed to treat stewards with respect, return all phone calls to stewards regardless of the issue.

970772 (200 Harbor PI) - Mgmt forming LISC in violation of Article 2.
Resolved - Step 1. Mgmt must negotiate with CWA on conditions of employment in LISC.

Resolved - Step I. Mgmt agreed to 12 items. See paperwork for details.

970774 (8925 Orangethorpe) - Unjust final warning for alleged threatening behavior.
Resolved - Step I. Mgmt will rewrite the documentation and will cover the grievant with a steward present.

970778 (1472 Edinger) - Unjust attendance warning.
Resolved - Step I. Grievant will receive a counseling, and mgmt win remove the 2 incidents.

970780 (1472 Edinger) - Unfair distribution of work.
Resolved - problem solving. Mgmt will take volunteers to leave the complex and join I.S.O.

970781 (1472 Edinger) - Abusive mgmt in the form of public humiliation.
Resolved - problem solving. Mgmt will not single out the grievant in a meeting. Mgmt will be more conscientious of what he's saying.

Resolved - Step I. Mgmt will provide an overtime opportunity for the grievant.

Resolved - problem solving. Consolidation did follow Article; however, CWA will file separate grievances for any employee wishing to follow the work.
