MEMORANDUM OF
AGREEMENT
between
GTE CALIFORNIA INCORPORATED
and
COMMUNICATIONS
WORKERS OF AMERICA
ERGONOMICS
GTE California Incorporated and the
Communications Workers of America agree to the need for continuing "Workstation
Adjustment Training and Adjustable Workstation Environment'. Additionally, the
parties agree to meet four times a year to evaluate the progress relative to
ergonomics endeavors.
It is agreed that this memorandum of agreement
will remain in effect up to and including March 13, 1999.
