Here's a proposed list of changesets to move from 3.2alpha to 3.1beta.  I assume these would be the last of the harvested ones to go over to 3.1beta, barring any major last-minute bug fixes.

I mostly focused on items harvested from the list, since I was familiar with those... there might be one or two additional SqC-authored items that you might also want to move over.

You'll notice this list includes most of the harvested items.  But it's still reasonably conservative... pretty much all of these items are fixes, not enhancements or goodies.  I also checked them for conflicts with any other post-fork (post-4411) changesets, and only the three near the top had any conflicts, which I've listed.
