2004-Pres University of Florida Graduate Engineering Research Center – Adjunct Professor of Engineering Responsible for research and development of systems and sub-systems to protect against terrorist attack on US and allied interests.
 
  2002-Pres Counter-Terror International, Fort Walton Beach, FL – President and Chief Engineer Responsible for direct support of US/Foreign Government and US/International Industry counter-terrorism activities with regards to explosives related counter-measures. Experienced in explosive event protection, risk detection/classification and risk avoidance. Associated with Engineering Analysis, Inc., experts in explosive damage assessment. Also serve as Liaison Scientist with Air Force Office of Scientific Research, between the Asian Office of Aerospace Research and Development (AOARD) and the USAF Research Laboratory Munitions Directorate.

Responsible for energetic material (explosives and solid propellant) related technical, engineering and programmatic support for US DoD organizations/programs, including the USAF Explosives Hazards Reduction Office and Air Force Research Laboratory High Explosive R&D Branch.
 
 

1992-1995 KBM/SEC – Senior Energetic Materials Engineer

Responsible for direct supported US Army Missile Command/Missile Research and Development Engineering Center (MICOM/MRDEC) Systems and Warheads Directorate as technical expert for all energetic material (Explosives and Propellants) related matters. Provided assessment of energetic material related proposals to MICOM for determination of technical merit.

1986-1992 Thiokol Corporation – Senior Explosives Scientist

Served as senior research scientist and independent researcher in the field of high explosives. Responsible for planning and executing difficult research activities that resulted in significant advancements in the field of energetic materials (explosives and solid propellants).

1985-1986 IRECO/Dyno Nobel – Explosives Chemist

Conducted extensive research on commercial (including slurry and emulsion) explosives as well as ingredients used to manufacture same.
