Adventureworks is an experience-based learning company that uses a variety of engaging indoor and outdoor challenges, including a ropes course, to effect change and growth with groups and individuals. For more than ten years, Adventureworks has been offering single and multi-day programs and on-going services that assist people in achieving goals related to: trust, support, risk-taking, communication, problem-solving, empowerment, leadership, creativity and vision.
Ed has completed three training programs with AdventureWorks, including Leadershop - advanced training for facilitators.
