FUNERAL SET TUESDAY FOR BARTLETT HUNTER, 44

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in river Oaks Christian Church for Bartlett Hunter, 44, of 828 Walter Dr., who died Sunday in a hospital.

Masonic graveside services will be held in Garden of Memories.

A native of Snyder, Hunter had lived here for 42 years. He was a watchmaker. He was a member of Tarrant Masonic Lodge No. 942, Mosiah Temple Shrine and was a past patron of North Fort Worth Chapter 648 of Order of the Eastern Star.

He was a deacon at River Oaks Christian Church.

Surviving are his wife; a daughter, Miss Melinda Hunter, 12; four sisters, Mmes. T. E. Box of Kansas City and Frank R. Gurley, S. A. Austin and E. B. Abbington of Fort Worth and three brothers, Clarence A., Joe L., and Earl E. Hunter of Fort Worth.

He was married to Ethel Clintis Love on 1 Jun 1937 in Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas. Ethel Clintis Love was born on 8 Jul 1917. She died on 11 Jul 1992 in Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas. (247) She was buried in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Fort Worth, Texas.

Ethel Love Hunter Powell

FORT WORTH - Ethel Love Hunter Powell, a homemaker, died Saturday at a Fort Worth hospital. She was 75.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Greenwood Funeral Home. Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery.

Mrs. Powell was born in Fort Worth and was a graduate of North Side High School. She was past worthy matron of North Fort Worth Chapter 684, Order of the Eastern Star.

She was the widow of Paul Powell, who died in 1982.

Survivors: Daughter, Melinda McFadden of Euless; two sisters, Jean Love Welborn of Hurst and Billie Love Barton of Fort Worth; and one grandson.
