He was married to Anne B. Lee (daughter of Richard R. Lee and Jane G. Meeks) on 13 Nov 1862. Anne B. Lee was born on 25 May 1844 in Kentucky. She appeared on the census on 17 Jun 1900 in District No. 2, Springville, Greenup County, Kentucky. ⁽⁶⁰¹⁾ She appeared on the census on 2 Feb 1920 in Shultz, Greenup County, Kentucky.⁽⁶⁰²⁾ She died on 8 Dec 1922. Albert Gallatin Dupuy and Anne B. Lee had the following children:
