He was married to Jessie Elizabeth Blackwell (daughter of Charles Jourdan Blackwell and Sarah Elizabeth Lee Pickard) on 6 Apr 1916 in Portales, Roosevelt County, New Mexico. Jessie Elizabeth Blackwell was born on 3 Oct 1892 in Weatherford, Parker County, Texas. She died on 11 Nov 1989 in Roswell, Chaves County, New Mexico. Seth Bryce Wyche and Jessie Elizabeth Blackwell had the following children:
