GRANBURY - John Edward Hunter, 75, a business owner, died Sunday, Jan. 17, 1999, at a Granbury medical center.

Funeral: 11 a.m. Wednesday at Mount Olivet Funeral Home. Burial: Mount Olivet Cemetery.
Memorials: The American Heart Association.

John Edward Hunter was born March 20, 1923, in Merkel. He was employed in the Bowling and Billiards industry for 12 years.

Survivors: Wife, Mary Hunter of Granbury; daughter, Rosemary Ann Griffeth of Decatur, Kay Broom of Granbury and Theresa Fisher of Vandeville, La.; sisters, Francis Sells of Burleson and Elizabeth Hall of Fort Worth; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
