In the name of God Amen.

I Jacob Faust of the County and State aforesaid, Planter, being very sick and weak in body, but of perfect mind and memory, thanks be given unto, God calling unto mind the mortality of my body, and knowing that it is appointed for all men once to die, do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament; that is to say, Principally and first of all I give and recommend my soul into the hand of Almighty God that gave it, and my Body I recommend to the Earth, to be buried in a decent Christian burial at the discretion of my friends, nothing doubting but at the general resurrection I shall receive the same again, by the mighty power of God and as touching such worldly estate wherewith it has pleased God to bless me on this life I give devise and dispose of the same In the following form and manner:

First I give and Bequeath to my son Daniel Faust a Plantation and tract of land containing one hundred acres where on I now live, on his paying to his brothers and sisters (heirs to the Estate Of Henry Galmon) legacies due to then by the Last Will and Testament of the said Henry Galmon.

Secondly I desire that all the rest of my personal estate be disposed of at public sale and after my just debts being paid, the money arising from the sale to be equally divided between my children and my granddaughter Keziah Lary, to have an equal part with them.

I likewise make ordain constitute and appoint Jasper Faust and Daniel Faust (my sons) Executors of' this my Last Will and Testament and I do hereby utterly disallow, revoke, and disannul all and every other former testaments, wills, legacies, bequests and executions by me, in any way before named willed and bequeathed, ratifying and

confirming this, and no other, to be my Last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this Seventeenth Day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety three, and in the Eighteenth year of American Independence.

Signed, sealed, published, pronounced, and declared by said Jacob Faust, as his Last Will and Testament, in the presence of us, who in his presence and in the presence of each other, have here unto subscribed our names:

Before us came Dempsey Hunter who being duly sworn made oath that he was present & did see the within named Jacob Faust sign and seal the within as his Last Will and Testament & he did also see the within named.Jacob.Bethny & Balsir Faust sign their names as witness thereto.
