HERBERT DUGGER

Herbert Hoover Dugger, resident of Beggs, died Tuesday, September 28, 2004 at his home in Beggs. He was 75 years of age. Mr. Dugger was born April 14, 1929 in Pindall, Arkansas to Columbus Mancil and Ina Levada (Branscum) Dugger. He served his country in the U.S. Navy in Vietnam and retired from the Navy. He was preceded in death by his parents, and six siblings, Mary W. Slover, G.C. Dugger, Olevia Ann Dugger, Cleo Dugger, and Theodore E. Dugger. He is survived by a brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Cleamo X. Dugger of Okmulgee and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held 12:00 P.M. Thursday, September 30, 2004 at the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home Chapel in Beggs with Reverend Thom Chappelle officiating. Interment will follow at the Ft. Gibson National Cemetery at 2:00 P.M. Arrangements are under the direction of the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home of Beggs.
