ARRIE ETHEL ESTEPP


Mrs. Arrie Ethel Estepp, 93, of Crane passed away on December 30, 1985 at the Golden Manor Nursing Home in Crane.

Services for Mrs. Estepp were held at 10 a.m. at the Richard W. Box Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside services were .81 the Foster Cemetery at Sterling City at 3 p.m. Both services were on Tuesday, January 2 with the Reverend Stanley Wilson officiating.

Mrs. Estepp was, born March 31, 1892 in Williamson County to the late John and Sarah Elizabeth Glenn. She was married to William Perry Estepp on December, 4, 1910 in Glasscock County. He preceded her in death on June 4, 1932.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Crane and a member of the Crane Eastern Star.

She was survived by one daughter, Mrs. Viola Gage of Odessa; five grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren and 17 great great grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by two daughters, Willie Mozell Estepp and Arrie Thelma Estepp and one son, Marvin Estepp.

Services were under the direction of Richard W. Box Funeral Home of Crane.

She was married to William Perry Estepp (son of Thomas Henry Estepp and Biddie Ann Davis) on 4 Dec 1910 in Garden City, Glasscock County, Texas.⁽⁴⁶⁹⁾ William Perry Estepp was born on 17 Sep 1886 in Round Rock, Williamson County, Texas.⁽⁴⁷⁰⁾ He appeared on the census on 1 Jan 1920 in JP #1, Glasscock County, Texas. ⁽⁴⁷¹⁾ He appeared on the census on 2 Apr 1930 in JP #1, Glasscock County, Texas.⁽⁴⁷²⁾ He died on 4 Jun 1932 in Glasscock County, Texas. He was buried in Foster Cemetery, Sterling City, Texas.

Went to Howard County to work on courthouse in 1908. Lived Garden City, 1929. Arrie Ethel Glenn and William Perry Estepp had the following children:
