Hunter C. Mangham, 72, of 405 El Paso, died Saturday.
He was a member of V. F. W.
Survivors are his wife, Viola Mangham, Austin; step-duaghter, Carolyn Sue Spratlin,
Austin; step-sons R. Q. Cathey, Roy Cathey, Freddy Cathey, all of Austin; sisters,
Virginia Potter, Bosier City, Louisiana, Ruby Willis, Austin; brother, Finis
Mangham, Leander; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services are 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Wilke-Amey-Clay Funeral Home Chapel of the
Bells, with Reverend A. D. Eberhart officiating. Burial in Liveoak Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Pete Muslovski, Curtis Cathey, Ernie Cook, Jack Mangham, Jimmie
Mngham, Bill Crawford. He was married to Viola Estelle Crawford in 1946.
Viola Estelle Crawford was born on 2 Mar 1908. She died on 1 Feb
1990 in Austin, Travis County, Texas.(76)
She was buried in Live Oak Cemetery, Manchaca, Texas.

Viola Mangham, our beloved mother, went to be with the Lord, Thursday, February
1, 1990:
Mrs. Mangham has lived in Austin for over 40 years.
Survivors include sons, R. Q. Cathey, Austin, Fred Cathey and wife, Judy, Lockhart,
Roy Cathey and wife, Kathy, Elroy, daughter, caroline Sue Spratlin, Austin; brothers,
Joe Crawford, Bill Crawford and wife, Aline, Duffy Crawford and wife, Erlene,
all of Austin; Dorris, Jennie Crawford, both of Austin, Nancy Wilson and husband,
Caril, Houston; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
Graveside services, 2:00 PM, Saturday in Liveoak Cemetery, with Reverend Peggy
Sparks officiating.
Services under the direction of Wilke-Amev-Clav Funeral Home. Hunter Cody Mangham
and Viola Estelle Crawford had the following children:

SANDRA KAY MANGHAM
Sandra kay Mangham, 2 1/2 year old daughter of Mrs. and Mrs. Hunter C. Mangham,
of Houston, died in Columbus Saturday. Besides her parents, she is survived
by a sister, Carolyn Sue Spradling, and three brothers, Roy Cathey, Fredie Cathey,
R. O. Cathey, all of Houston.
Funeral services will be held at the Cook Funeral Home Sunday at 2 p.m. with
the Rev. Bill Suhr officiating. Pallbearers will be Finis W. Mangham, W. R.
Crawford, Don Smith, and D. D. Hodges. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery. |
