Mr. Isaacks was the Dean of Randolph College, Cisco, Texas, in 1935, and later moved to Cleburne, Texas. He was the pastor of First Christian Church of Cleburne before retiring.

Services for the Rev. E. Buford Isaacks, 93, of Route 2 Box 10, were held at 2 p.m. today in the First Christian Church of Cleburne, for which Isaacks had served as pastor before retiring.

Burial will be in Greenacres Cemetery in Cleburne.

Isaacks died Tuesday at his Joshua-area home.

Pallbearers were Herb F. Alfrey, Clyde Harris, Maurice Renfro, Don ____, Delmar Smith and Jim Craig. Honorary pallbearers were Alfred Kennon, J. D. Peters, Bob Middleton, T. F. Stanley and Tyson Payne.

He was married to Mary Hannon in Jan 1916 in Texas. Mary Hannon was born in 1888 in Texas. She died on 2 Mar 1973 in Cleburne, Johnson County, Texas.⁽⁴⁶⁰⁾ Ernest Buford Isaacks and Mary Hannon had the following children:
