Blanche R. Blackwell, 83, of El Paso died Tuesday. Visitation will be from 4 to 9:30 p.m. Friday in Martin Funeral Home. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Evergreen Cemetery. She had lived in El Paso 60 years.

She was married to Herbert Lee Blackwell (son of William J. Blackwell and Rosalie Archias) on 19 Jan 1924 in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Herbert Lee Blackwell was born on 11 Nov 1901 in Santa Rosa, New Mexico. He appeared on the census on 5 Apr 1930 in El Paso, El Paso County, Texas.⁽¹²⁶⁵⁾ He died on 20 Apr 1970 in El Paso, El Paso County, Texas. ⁽⁴⁶⁰⁾ Robbie Blanche Rutledge and Herbert Lee Blackwell had the following children:
