SAN ANTONIO DEATHS AND FUNERALS

Mrs. Ethel E. Hancock

Services for Mrs. Ethel E. Hancock, 84, of 200 W. Pyron Ave., who died Saturday, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Mission Park Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Mission Burial Park.

Survivors include three daughters, three sons, two sisters, a brother, 17 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

HANCOCK

Mrs. Ethel E. Hancock, age 84, of 200 W. Pyron, passed away Saturday, Feb. 4 in a local hospital. Native of Lavaca County and San Antonio resident for 45 years. Member of Harlandale United Methodist Church.

Survivors; daughters, Mrs. C. L. McCord of Corpus Christi, Mrs. Gladys Whiles of Midland and Mrs. T. G. Hargrove of San Antonio; sons, C. M. Hancock of Tuscon, Ariz., E. C. Hancock of Syracuse, N.Y. and G. D. Hancock of Corpus Christi; sisters, Mrs. Ollie Sheppard of San antonio and Mrs. Ann Vines of Eastland; brother J. N. East of Austin; seventeen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted in Mission Park Funeral Chapel at 1:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 8, with Rev. E. E. Reeves officiating.

Interment in Mission Burial Park. Arrangements by Mission Park Funeral Chapels, Loop 13 at Mission Rd.




She was married to Henry Clyde Hancock (son of David Hancock) on 19 Jul 1914 in Dublin, Erath County, Texas. Henry Clyde Hancock was born on 24 Dec 1888 in Palmyra, Tennessee. He appeared on the census on 1 Jan 1920 in 1632 Peach Street, JP #1, Witchita Falls, Texas.
