Barrow County is located adjoining Gwinnett County. From Cobb, I285 to 85N to Hwy 316 to Hwy 8. Turn left from 316 onto 8 and this road will take you through Dacula, Auburn and into Winder. Auburn is the first town inside Barrow County.
