Ernie excels at listening carefully to his clients and finding creative ways to solve their commercial and investment real estate problems. He particularly enjoys finding solutions to especially difficult real estate problems.
Ernie is a member of the prestigious Society of Exchange Counselors and of the CCIM Institute. He is also a board member and Past President of the Association of Georgia Real Estate Exchangors. He holds membership in the National Council of Exchangors and participates in creative marketing sessions across the United States. Education Ernie received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Affairs from the University of Texas at Austin.
He has completed more than 240 hours of graduate-level CCIM courses offered by the CCIM Institute of the National Association of REALTORS.
He has completed more than 50 hours of courses in Client Counseling, and more than 125 hours of courses in Exchanging and Creative Real Estate Solutions, including those offered by the National Council of Exchangors. Experience Ernie has been involved in real estate brokerage, development, consulting, REO disposition, and lending for more than twenty-five years.
He has experience in multifamily, affordable housing, industrial real estate, site selection, income properties, and exchanging.
He sold more than 100 apartment complexes during the 1990s. He concentrates on client counseling in order to determine how best to help meet his clients' objectives.
