Thomas Fancher (Son of William)

Thomas Fancher was a twin of Lemuel, born 1745, Branford, Connecticut and was living as late as August 22, 1815 in Richfield, New York where he was styled a farmer and yeoman. He married July 30, 1765, Northbury, Connecticut to Olive Dunbar. He moved to Whitestown, New York and was there for the census of 1790. Children, first eight born in Northbury:

1. Adin, born June 22, 1766; married first to Eunice Barnes and next to Elizabeth Wheadon.

2. Thomas, born May 15, 1768 and killed by a falling tree in Kirkland, New York in 1791.

3. Olive, born May 10, 1770.

4. Enos, born May 2, 1772; married Sally Roberts.

5. John, baptized April 30, 1775.

6. Hannah, baptized March 9, 1777.

7. Sarah, baptized August 1, 1779.

8. Giles, baptized October 21, 1781.

9. William, baptized in 1787 in German Flats, Herkimer County, New York.

10. Jesse, baptized in 1788 in German Flats.

11. Eunice, born about 1789; baptized in Clinton, New York, September 26, 1791; died in Plymouth December 19, 1817.
