• Sleeping--Bedroom has a queen-sized bed, elastomeric pad, down pillows and all-season down blanket. The down products are hypoallergenic. Sheets are all cotton, high thread count. Featherbed pad for the sleeper sofa. Spare sheets and towels.
• Dining--Dining table and 6 chairs.
• Bathroom--One bathroom, with a tub/shower. Extra men's and women's bathrooms are located in the building common area, directly under the condo and easily accessible.
• Kitchen--Full kitchen, with 18 cu. ft. refrigerator/freezer, 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, 2 coffee makers, spice rack, and an assortment of kitchen tools. Plenty of glassware, dishes, flatware, and cooking utensils.
• Telephone and Internet--Free local calling in the Summit County area (incl. Vail, Dillon, Breckenridge). Answering machine. High-speed internet access.
• Media--Two TVs. 27" in living area, with DVD player (not yet depicted on inside photos page). Bedroom TV is wall-mounted for reclined viewing and includes VCR. Expanded cable service; no premium channels, but all Denver network stations and ESPN, CNBC, AMC, TNT, etc. Library of VCR and DVD movies. Stereo radio plays CDs and cassettes.
• Laundry--The unit does not have a washer/dryer. However, there is a laundromat directly across Main Street (and a clothes basket in the closet), so the facilities are similar to a condo complex with a central laundry (except the laundromat is much larger than any central condo laundry).
• Parking--One reserved space.
• Library--5 feet of assorted reading, heavy on Elmore Leonard and John D. McDonald.
• Board games--Scrabble, Monopoly, Backgammon, Chess, more.
• Piano keyboard--61-key Casio, with some sheet music.
• Atmosphere--Freestanding gas fireplace. Exposed wood beam and wood-faced steel post construction. Nine-foot ceilings. Double-paned windows keep it quiet.
• Heating--Gas furnace has automatic setback thermostat for comfortable sleeping.
• Ski area access--free ski bus service picks you up two short blocks from the condo. To Breckenridge, 25 minutes. To Copper Mountain, 20 minutes. Vail is 25 miles away, along the interstate.
• Location--Fine restaurants, watering holes, and interesting shops are all located within a few blocks. The building containing the condo has a salon/spa and a bagel bakery/cafe on the ground floor .
• Owner--The owner is not a passive rent collector. She occupies the condo often and makes sure that it stays in excellent condition. If you have rented other condominiums, you know how important that is.
