ABOUT GEORGIA ENGINEERING ASSOCIATES

In business since 1978, GEA has performed over 15,000 residential, commercial, and industrial inspections in the Atlanta area and in the Southeast. All GEA inspectors are code-certified and licensed engineers. We are experts in diagnosing residential structural issues. Therefore, in addition to undertaking standard-type property pre-purchase inspections, a significant portion of our cases are referrals from other home inspectors who discover potential structural problems and recommend their clients to GEA for further evaluation. GEA is often engaged to make evaluations and to perform progress inspections during construction.
