Who and What is Dreamworkers?
Dreamworkers, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, a group of dedicated individuals who volunteer two important assets, their time and loving pets, to bring joy and happiness to hospitalized, shut in, or disabled individuals through the use of Therapy Animals.
They have regular Pet Assisted Therapy visits throughout the week to many senior homes, hospitals, hospices and schools around the Paulding, Cobb County and surrounding areas.
They have members who perform Animal Rescue, taking in "special" animals that would otherwise be destroyed, and placing them in good "forever" homes.
They also work with individuals with disabilities to train their own dogs to perform tasks (Service Dog work). Does this sound like a worthwhile program for you and your pet?
