I am a retired Lieutenant Colonel from the U. S. Marine Corps. My last assignment was
with the Marine Corps Institute at Marine Barracks, Washington DC. I retired in April 2003
I completed my
Master's Degree in Information Technology Management at the
Naval Post Graduate School
in Monterey, California. These web pages
have been transferred from my previous site at nps.navy.mil and at primenet.com.
My interests include Pittsburgh Pirates Baseball, Penn State Football, and home-brewing
