Price: The prices are in U.S. $ per rental week. Utilities are included (except in winter).
$3,000 (April through October, Xmas/NY); $2,000 (November through March).
Winter prices do NOT include utilities.
Rates are negotiable for longer winter stays.
Rental week: The standard rental week is from Monday or Saturday afternoon to the following Monday or Saturday morning. However, alternative dates of arrival and departure will be considered.
General: We are sorry, but no pets are allowed and no smoking in the house.
Extra services, such as maid, baby sitter, cook, secretarial, tour guide/translator, can be arranged.
Number of guests: The house has 2 queen size beds, and 2 singles, so it sleeps 6 people.
Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total price is due upon confirmation of the reservation. The balance is due at least 8 weeks before arrival. Reservations made later than 8 weeks before arrival are due in full at the time the reservation is made.
Reserving the house: Complete the
"information request form" that appears below the line, including contact
information and desired dates, and then send it by clicking on the "submit
form" box. PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOU PUT A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS IN THE FORM!
