Adjust the weight plates to meet your fitness level.

Changing the weight load is acheived by inserting the metal peg into a hole in the support bar.

Setting the metal peg lower on the unit increases the weight resistance.

 

2 pegs are included with the machine and may be stored in the back of the base.
