The dumbbells (seen at the bottom of the machine) are not included with the exercise machine, order them seperately.

Adjust the weight plates to meet your fitness level.

Changing the weight load is acheived by inserting the metal peg into one of six locations. (The peg is seen in the top weight in photo above.)

Setting the metal peg lower on the unit increases the weight resistance.

 

The exercise machine also holds up to 4 dumbbells.

Any dumbbell set sold on this site may be used with the machine, they are not included with the exercise machine.

The dummbbells are optional, they are not needed with the machine.
Chin-up bars are located on top of the unit.

 

The main exercise bars swivel either to the back or front of the unit allowing for the workout of various muscle groups.
