It's like standing outside on the sidewalk, in the winter's freezing night air, and watching your house burn down in flames with all of your possessions going up in smoke! The new US budget is a nightmare like this and then some! It burns down Medicaid and most other progressive domestic programs. National defense and homeland security are safe in this budget, as are tax cuts for the super wealthy, but other more positive aspects of our civilization are going up in smoke.

We don't need to go to horror films anymore to be scared out of our wits. It seems we can just try struggling to live under this administration's new budget.
