When someone is showing signs of psychotically delusional thinking, presenting himself as absurd and speaking and acting in an absurd manner, sometimes others are so stunned and confused that they are afraid to ask questions. We think that perhaps we ourselves must be misunderstanding something. Surely, we think, someone "up there" somewhere wouldn't let this happen if there weren't good reasons. Well friends, we must believe in ourselves. We are not wrong. No one "up there" has a clue about what is going on, or how to cure it. Our president has put us in a preposterous position in the world.

G. W. Bush, perhaps in a vain move to rid a family curse of "wimpishness," has launched an illegal and tragic war and he is using cliches and his alleged "patriotism" to rationalize military advances against the Arab world, and in the long-run, against us - since we're paying for this absurdity and we are the ones losing friends and relatives for Bush's ambitious "mission." He mistakenly believes that his "mission" is to change the world. And he believes his "mission" is blessed by the Almighty.

An urgently needed psychiatric intervention must take place for the obviously muddled G. W. Bush. A team of mental health experts should be called forthwith to attend and help him because his absurd and destructive global fantasies are discrediting the United States, and putting the whole world in jeopardy.
