Straight Talk

We can't get any good, straight and informative dialogue out of our current leaders! Our leaders have mush in their mouths! One says boring/scary things while the other says boring/tedious things. I'm sadly referring to Bush and Kerry, the guys who talk without saying much that we can hold onto.

Poor Bush is always on a disquieting upbeat track saying wacky things such as everything is fine in Fallujah while Fallujah is actually being torn apart. Do you suppose he believes what he is saying?

And Kerry, good heavens! Kerry is boring the socks off the people who really want to vote for him but scratch their heads in disbelief that he is so endlessly tedious. For instance, first he says he doesn't own an SUV and then he admits his wife owns one. He waffles. He seems to be absolute boredom itself. He is not the straight talker I'd like to listen to for four years.

But when I consider Bush, oh my... The man is so shockingly and terrifyingly out of touch! He's from a former age, like maybe the eleventh century!? He thinks we Christians, by divine right, must change the Muslim world. The man is completely unrealistic and he is spending our money like there is no tomorrow. He thinks God put him into office to change the world, to bring democracy to the Middle East and to make the world safe for big business. He doesn't begin to make the least bit of sense and, incidentally, he's bombing people.
