Allegedly, to find out what happened regarding the intelligence information that lead up to the war on Iraq, G. W. Bush has decided to allow an investigation into the matter. The catch is: - he wants complete control over the Weapons of Mass Destruction Commission. He insists upon appointing every member of the Commission himself. Each member of the Commission will serve at the discretion and the pleasure of the president.

Also G. W. Bush is insisting that the Commission not report until after next November when he is elected again as president (he hopes)!
