In my travels I've found that many want to know why a man holding high office and "peccadilloing" an intern while holding such office (and lying about it) is impeached, whereas a man holding high office and instigating a war while holding such office (and lying about it) is not impeached. The first office holder hurt himself and his wife, while the second office holder caused massive death, destruction and heartache for untold numbers of innocent people.
