The FBI has stepped up its scrutiny of antiwar rallies and is collecting intelligence on demonstrators. The FBI seems to be reverting back to the cruel but stylish days of J. Edgar Hoover. More modern now at least, it won't be carrying on in pinafore dresses and high heels. No amusing FBI "dress up," if that is any comfort.
