Connecting the Dots
and
Connecting the Dolts

People are beginning to catch on. They are beginning to piece together what has been going on in our country in recent history. Please go to:

and read for yourself what members of PNAC (Project for the New American Century) a Washington-based right-wing network, had to say to President Clinton in 1998 about removing Saddam Hussein from power in Iraq, urging a hawkish American foreign policy and large increases in annual military spending.

You will notice a few prominent names among the signers of this 1998 letter - Paul Wolfowitz, Donald Rumsfeld and Richard Perle, among others, who are dedicated to promoting American global leadership with a foreign policy shaped by the fact that America is the world's unassailable superpower.

Within a month of assuming the presidency, Bush gave members of PNAC high positions of administrative power and control. These are men who are very militaristic in their thinking. Many have connections to corporations like Halliburton that can contract to aid in reconstruction of destroyed countries. "Hawks" would be a mild term for them.

The most scary part of PNAC is that many members are also linked to the media. They can control information, the way they do on the Fox Network. They can make preemptive war acceptable to the public. They can make the use of nuclear weapons acceptable. They contend the US doesn't have to honor international treaties in their quest for world domination.

But people are catching on and when they finally connect the dots and the dolts, surely they won't tolerate the "Project for the New American Century."
