No, because he wasn't elected in the first place. How could he be reelected? He was questionably selected as president in the last presidential election. After halting the peoples' vote counting that was taking place in Florida, the US Supreme Court, in a partisan vote between Bush and Al Gore, selected the former as our president. Most thinking people were completely shocked, bewildered and horrified.
If Bush is duly elected president by a majority vote of the American people next November, then he will be elected president for the first time. He will not have been reelected. This reporter has heard that Bush believes God chose him to be president. Maybe the reason he believes that God chose him is because he knows it wasn't a majority of the people!
